Scott Vest

Sikes, LA -  Larry "Scott" Vest, 41, passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2005 at the Winnfield Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness. Visitation was held at Osborn Funeral Home on Sunday, January 30 from 5 until 7 p.m. Graveside services began at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 31, 2005 at Centuries Memorial Park.

Scott was born April 10, 1963 in Shreveport, LA where he lived most of his life and was a resident of Sikes, LA at the time of his death. He was a graduate of Captain Shreve High School and a machinist by trade.

Scott was preceded in death by his father, Larry Louis Vest.

He is survived by his wife, Holly Vest of Sikes; and her two children, Amy and Dennis; granddaughter, Elise; his mother, Ebbie Vest of Shreveport, sister, Jada Brown and her husband, Jay of Keithville; nephew, Colin Reeves; niece, Kendall Reeves; and uncle, James Scarborough of Sikes.

He will be missed by all of his family and many close friends.
