Stephanie Brown

SHREVEPORT, LA - God sent a "Special Angel" to share her joy with us. Stephanie Annette Brown "Poochie" made her humble arrival on July 15, 1963. Stephanie went to rest with her Heavenly Father on Saturday, February 10th. Left to cherish memories are her high school sweetheart and husband of 27 years, Gregory "Pookie" Brown; her two treasured children Torenzo and Tiyah Brown; her mother, Jessie Bradberry; her beautiful granddaughter, Taniyah Brown; her godchildren, Marcus, Yasha, and Lamijah; her sisters Karen Richmond (Leon), Rebecca Bates (Willie) and Patsy Bradberry; her nieces Tiffany, Terricka, Tia, Tara, Trozequa, and Tabijah; her nephews, Treyland, TaMicheal and Tyler; special aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 

Thanks to Schumpert First Care Bossier, Willis-Knighton Cancer Center, Christus Schumpert Cancer Center (Carole), and Christus Schumpert Hospice (Robin).

Stephanie Left a "Ray of Sunshine" with everyone that her life touched. She was a very loving, sharing and caring faithful woman of God.

Her Celebration of Life was held at the Union Spring Baptist Church at 702 W. 71st on Saturday, February 17th at 11 a.m. Family Hour was held at the New Zion MBC at 702 Melrose on Friday, February 16th at 7:00 p.m. Services have been entrusted to: Good Samaritan Funeral Home. (318) 221-73378
