Jane was a sweet girl who was in gym class and later Pep Squad with me and always had a smile on her face.  She went through a lot in her short life and I recall when Cathy Wallbaum and I visited her after her surgery.  Her eyes lit up and she was so happy to see us.  We left with such admiration of how this petite young girl was still able to smile! Rest in peace, sweet Jane.

I remember the strength of Janes presence when she was able to attend classes.  Jane had an inner strength at such a young age that some people are never able to obtain.  She was quiet, shy and smart.  I visited Jane at her home shortly before she passed away and remember her quiet strength.
